Nuclear Terror has been a reality since A Bombs and ICBM´s and sub launced missles first were deployed. This really is nothing new.

A launch from a sub would have about a 2 to 3 minute warning to detonation. Not much difference between 2 minutes and 0 minutes when you have to find yourself twenty to eighty miles away in a only a minute or two.

This terror is nothing new, to those of us who now are the grey beards and white hairs, we have lived under it most of our lives.
