Survival requires smarts, good instincts, and an ability to improvise. No matter how well prepared an individual or community is food will run out, sources of clean water will run out, ammunition will run out, and you won't be able to hold off the rest of the world forever. The best prep is to prepare your head and your heart. Nothing else will get you through.
