About those plastic waste disposal bags. If they sit for any length of time, one of two things will happen.

Critters will tear them open, that's if there might be edibles in them. Don't forget, dogs are particularly fond of human feces, anyone who's had an outhouse and an unchained mutt around will know this. Other waste, all kinds of other critters on this planet who've figured out how to tear plastic, birds, squirrels, and other rodents.

Otherwise if the bag doesn't get torn open, and sits where it's going to be warm, well stuff happens with organics where the gasses will build and build and build until 'blam' the bag will explode like when you blow up a cheap balloon with too much air, and the contents will splatter everywhere.

Forget the plastic bags, and try to find out how to compost instead. Well unless you really do plan on not being able to dial 911 but still having garbage day pickup. ;)
