I read these verses this morning out of Isaiah Chapter 8 and they popped out at me. Kinda fits in with this thread so i though I'd share it.
11 For thus the LORD spoke to me with mighty power and instructed me not to walk in the way of this people, saying, 12 "You are not to say, 'It is a conspiracy !' In regard to all that this people call a conspiracy, And you are not to fear what they fear or be in dread of it. 13 "It is the LORD of hosts whom you should regard as holy. And He shall be your fear, And He shall be your dread.

TPTB, self-exalted elitists, whom G W Bush spoke for, who fear those who are not for them and declare these to be terrorists, and 2. the ones the self-exalted elitists call terrorists. Which group is this scripture referring to? Perhaps the most important thing to glean from this verse is that there is a God above all who knows all and sees all, and is the defender of the oppressed -- not the oppressor, and therefore is the only one to "fear" (worship). The ones who should fear Him most are the self-exalted, wealth-hoarding oppressors who forget God is God, (Deut. 8) and therefore don't realize that it is they (TPTB) who will be destroyed -- by the curse itself, when the measures they have used are measured back to them.
