Both the "Non-prepper" and the "prepper" will find themselves trapped in chaos faced with the exact same threats and dangers without an effective, tested and proven escape plan. Once an urban area has been shut down, and containment protocols are in place... In that scenario chances of survival for either will be slim at best, regardless of levels of preparedness. Thread: Welcome to the beginning of the end No urban area can be truly completely shut down from creative people. That's a Hollywood myth. Urban areas are very porous in most cases. And TPTB are not omniscient.
