The simple lack of 'feminine hygiene products' is going to be disturbing, to say the least!  I knew an old lady, who folded a cloth and placed it in her underwear. She had cancer and didn't know about feminine hygiene products. When I offered to buy her some, she refused. Maybe we are spoiled so badly we can't even recognize what spoiled is anymore. Wonder what women in Haiti did after the big quake. Surely not using leaves, they were eating them to survive. Okay, Guys, cover your ears. Another thing women need in preps is Monistat 1 day. If the worst happens we will be finding ourselves wearing dirty, sweaty clothes and you know what that means. Ewwww! When things calm down, a tea can be steeped from the green husks of black walnuts (strong anti fungal) to make a douche for that problem ... or a foot/jock soak for the same problem, different location. Also works for ringworm or any other fungal infection from the poor hygiene state we will find ourselves in. You realize that these "infections" are the result of diet and too much sugar? In a situation such as this I seriously doubt you will be eating the finer things of life, thus no need for monistat or black walnuts... So, athletes foot is caused by consuming too much sugar?
