I was the victim of an accident caused by a cop merging, cutting people off, tailgating, and then quickly pulling into the emergency lane/center divider, leaving his backend out in rush hour traffic.
Someone swerved to avoid hitting him and they sideswiped me.
He didn't apologize or acknowledge what he had done at all...

They had to change the whole department policy on pursuits because of him. Don't even get me started on how many times he drove drunk off his ass when he was off duty, even while he was MADD officer of the year for his department.
