June 4, 2012 EXCLUSIVE: Mitt Romney set to choose Donald Trump as running mate for U.S. Presidential election By Uncle Anonymous Coward as reported to his Anonymous Coward nephews (WankerishNewsService) - - An internal document circulating in Romney campaign headquarters today states that Mitt Romney will announce that he has selected a running mate for his 2012 bid for the White House. This document confirms earlier reports from internet prophets that Trump will assist Romney in first bankrupting the United States before plating the entire nation in gold. It is unclear when Romney will publically make the announcement, but sources close to the campaign say that the announcement will be made before the end of July. Precipice Low's interwebz bot confirms the report's authenticity News of the report has prompted Precipice Low, creator of the interwebz bot, to release the code that first enabled him to predict Romney's running mate. | Anonymous Coward User ID: 1055984 United States06/04/2012 02:33 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I'd think that the best chance that Romney would have would be for Marco Rubio, because from what I've read.. 1) he's a hard-line republican (to galvanize the republican party and counterbalance Romney's centrist alignment) 2) he's a hard-core Christian to solidify the Christian right (and make them feel better about voting for a mormon candidate) 3) he's Latino.. how many Latino voters could he pull to the right in vying for the second highest level in the US government? 4) he's young .. in his early forties .. this might be the weakest aspect as I don't think young voters would automatically switch votes, but it's still a plus |
