On the AC setting look for voltage between the neutral terminal on one of your outlets and your plumbing, assuming it's metal and not PVC or this lampost of yours. Do the same thing with your ground terminal. LEDs require a ridiculously low current to light up. A voltage difference between neutral (or even your house ground) and true Earth running through your body would be just enough to light the LEDs without you even feeling it. Prediction: Check the voltage as I explained above, you'll find a reading of between 1 and 5 volts. More then this and you really should hire an electrician to check it out. Shoes off. Socks on. Socks off. All produced the same effect, The next tests will be conducted with the main board switched off, and then using a ground beyond my house. |

You have there AC current because it lit up in any polarity AC current can only come from electric company so you have somewhere a leak of electricity or someone close to you. This can be very dangerous. You can check your house installation by unplugging all devices in your house from wall socket and watch your power meter. If meter shows some movement then you have a leak in house walls. If not then you use your diode and put it on that pipe again it should remain off. that would indicate that some of your devices cause this leak |

Once my friend was building a house and it was almost done when some man come to install some glass windows. When he started drilling into edge of wall to put fitting for window he had tingling sensation and was so strong that it disabled him to hold drilling machine. He called my friend to tell him what happened and waiting him in front house. While he waited he heard some high pitch noise. He run around house to determine source of this sound and find out that concrete base of house had some armature touching earth and at that point was electricity zaping to the ground from that armature. thus producing that noise. apparently electrician made mistake on second floor and AC current was introduced into house walls. It propagated trough walls into concrete base and from there into ground. That man could die that day. |

This after pulling the main power connection completly out of my house. with the mains power to the house plugged in, I get 20 volts AC current, touching positive lead on the multimeter and connecting the negative lead to earth ground. The 1.4 volts AC drops to 1.1 volts AC when I raise my feet off the floor, same effect when standing up on a chair. Went outside and just touching the positive lead on the multimeter, it reads 2 volts AC, increasing slightly when connecting the negative lead to earth ground. my arms/hands have a tingle feeling aswell and this might explain the hum I get through the speakers when touching my car stereo ground. |

Bipolar LEDs are usually three or more leg but not always. What us the LED part number? And radio waves are AC until rectified and an LED is a rectifier so if his body is acting as an antenna the LED will light both directions. Are there any hi tension power lines near the area? This will also transmit EM (radio) waves to a certain distance and will even light flouresecent lights when in a strong enough field (close enough to the wires) What makes me believe it is EM is that when you lift up your feet off the floor you are changing the orientation of your body which is the same as changing the position of a radio antenna. |

As these houses were upgraded, not nessecarily every strap, stringer,etc was removed from the junction boxes and ground points (rods). Mere eletrolysis of water in pipes, even through such dimished pathways, can create D.C. bias in home circuits or the walls themselves. Much less distribution power leakage, or EMF capture from remote and local power emitters (motors, microwaves, radio stations, ground radar from drones, etc) This is the primary reason modern building codes require conduit. it is an isolation mechanism from previous installations. Kind like wearing a helmet if you use the town bicycle. |
