The most appropriate crash landing in history? Light aircraft comes down on Cessna Drive

A light aircraft in Colorado has crashed onto the appropriately named Cessna Drive, coming to a rest at the base of the road sign.

The propeller craft lost power immediately after take-off from Erie Municipal Airport clipping the roof of a house at 2480 Cessna Drive before skidding 50 feet to a dead stop.

Despite serious damage to the body of the aircraft, the two passengers, an instructor and his student, escaped with minor injuries after the 8:30 a.m incident.
