We seem to be experiencing some server trouble.

Sometimes when I click on a GLP link the page displays the message:

We seem to be experiencing some server trouble.

We'll be back as soon as possible. Please don't panic!


And the window title bar says:

You IP address is BANNED

But if I hold down the shift key and click to refresh the page then the expected content is displayed.

This confusing and apparently buggy behavior is adversely affecting my user experience.
