100 degrees Sunday Kansas City
Heat Advisory. The National Weather Service has already posted a heat advisory for Sunday, when a high of 100 in expected in Kansas City.

A warm front will move into the area Saturday, pushing the high to 92. Then Sunday brings a high of 100 and a heat index near 105, so officials remind people to take it easy, try to stay indoors and drink plenty of water or other non-caffeinated, non-alcoholic beverages. Check on elderly friends and family members. Make sure outdoor pets have shade and fresh water.
