FBI Nikola Tesla Files : Unclassified

I'll get straight to the point. I was on the deep web a few days ago and browsing through some hidden links and I found some very interesting files on Nikola Tesla. Both the files are in PDF format, each spanning over 132 pages. I really don't know whether I'm allowed to post them here, so I'll post the first five pages of the document. If it garners any interest, I might upload some screenshots and/or the entire files.

Dear Mr. Hoover,
The appended article was printed in the New York Times issue of September 22,1940 and if based on proven facts, should be of vital importance to the War Department as well as to that of other nations now controlled by insane dictation.
If, as the author states, the teleforce(?) has been perfected by Nikola Tesla, it would be a measure of foresightedness to insure his constant guarding against -----(?) molested, possibly kidnapped and tortured, by alien enemies for the purpose of seizing the secret of such an invaluable instrument of war and/or defense.
The foregoing is offered just in case the article and its inferences have not been called to your attention.

These letters were just the first five pages of the document. The second file has a number of handwritten letters by anonymous FBI agents to Hoover and others. The next ten pages are have detailed typewritten accounts of the various documents seized by the FBI on the day Tesla died. I haven't been able to read most of it because it is absolutely illegible, but I will try my best to finish reading them. There are also various letters written by Tesla's cousin on the secret documents. I haven't, as of yet, found anythig written by Tesla, but I think I will.
Do you think this might have any connection to HAARP?
The letters might not be much, I am just getting started on those files. Will let the people who are interested know as soon as I find something worth sharing.
