Amen to that!!! I would directly reply to defend the Truth if I could. You are agreeing with a heresy Once4All, the "i mputation" heresy. Jesus did NOT impute His perfect righteousness onto us in dying on the Cross. His perfect sacrifice redeemed mankind. Your sins are not "covered" and you're saved. Repeating, we are not justified by Christ's death on the Cross. Our Lord's sacrifice on the Cross opened Heaven. Justification is life long, by persevering with the help of God's grace to the end, this involves keeping God's grace in your soul after water Baptism. You lose God's presence (His grace) in your soul when you commit a mortal sin. Our Lord gave humanity a way to restore God's presence in our soul, Confession (John 20:23). You can't get into Heaven without God's presence in your soul.
