According to the York County Sheriff's Office, deputies got a 911 call about a naked person in a yard along Elder Road in Rock Hill on Thursday morning. When deputies arrived they found a 12 year old boy wandering without clothing. The boy, who deputies believed to be autistic, was unable to speak to deputies.
