attack in 17 days, fifteen hours?

It's the new moon, or at least within 24 hours of the new moon, definitely the beginning of the darkest nights in July. Now I wonder why that would be important..hmmm..... I'm not so sure on that, Nato can attack whenever it wants all assets needed are in place, just the order needs to be given, night superiority is theirs, only complication would be the russians helping defend assad in which case they also have the same technology.
