625,I am in no way attacking you.I know you are well intentioned.I just refuse to believe that Israel's protector,which America has been since 1948, is Babylon.It's more of a personal issue. I have seen things that suggest that possibly New York is Babylon,;I concede that possibly there is a city within the U.S that could be termed "Babylon".However,to throw all of the United States into this category just doesn't seem right to me.Never has. Of course,we are free to believe what we wish.

I've alway heard that it's *Europe* that is 'Babylon' (especially with the old EEC, and now, with the EU).

I had read somewhere the the statue of liberty was originally cast to be placed at the entrance of the Suez Canal and was to be called 'Lady Commerce'.
The change of shares resulted in British
ownership and France with a spare statue.
Of course it is rare for one nation just to give a statue to another (for being swell guys) and accesible history shows
a scramble in NYC to fund the base.

Just wait till a French/Jewish Pope gives a US "so called" Christian president a statue of himself (the president that is) and then you can see if you can kiss your own butt. For then the truth will be out indeed for all to see but will the eyes of the blind be opened.
