My 4 year old was walking around with a dead frog, obviously totally dried up, and he said "Dad, he's hard as a nut." Thought I was talking to Andy Griffith or something :)

When it's normal temperatures, I see frogs every day, turtles sometimes, snakes at least weekly (they usually scare the crap out of me as I'm walking through the yard)....can't say I've seen anything in the last month other than what my son found.
