Forget Tylenol, its one step from being a placebo. I use Bayer Aspirin safety coated to protect the stomach. I sometimes take 600mg of ibuprofen with one of the aspirin. I was on Vicodin for 14 years and then Oxycodone for 3 years for degenerative disk disease until I decided to stop before it killed me. After being off of that garbage I can honestly say 2 of the bayer safety coated aspirin really helps. Good luck.
