Its simple and safe.. Cannabis.  Why is pot illegal in many parts of the world? Seems like they could legalize it and tax it. It has been around for a long time so doctors should have the ability to treat negative effects. They put prescription drugs on the market after 4 years of study on just a couple of thousand people. How are they gonna tax it while you grow it in your back yard, attic or basement ? How ?
