That's funny that you think I can't determine the truth or peoples motives over the internet when you think that a perfect stranger can just simply know everything about your current and every life previous. That's really funny. You don't have to believe me, see, the truth always comes out whether you believe what someone says or not. I'm not looking for converts, I'm just voicing my opinion.

Terrible relationships can't be avoided by keeping your feelings in, it just makes it worse, and don't judge me because I haven't always been so lucky in love, even God lowers his standards and accepts people, subpar as their love is. That's life, but my point was, I learned how to be a little less naive and a little less trusting when people say they have this ability or that or make promises they can't possibly live up to and have all kind of excuses etc. People have limitations, even gifted people and it's better to admit them than to exaggerate your capacity.

HMp! Well here's my prediction Sandy aint never getting back and if she does she will be around page 15 by 2014. She's still on page 5! 34 pages, how long do you guys expect to live?

I did have a question in this thread, and would be saddened as I thought it lost out. Life would be like that betimes, but then along came Mr Apocalypse who showed me where the thread had been hiding, and to whom I gave my best shillelagh. A rough hewn bit of kit and gnarled with loads of thorny bits for knocking heads, and prodding lazy individuals............

So hopefully as that old goat made his way about the Universe he seen my plight as to me not having my bit of scribble looked on by you, but life could be like that. We get the things we think we need, as we do with the things we think we don't need. That way we could try to make the best of what we are given..............

Okay, maybe I should not be saying or doing this, but I sense that most of you reading this will understand where I am coming from.

I spoke to Sandi the other day, and she has been, and is going through a really really rough time. Her young daughter is facing a life-long disease, and that is just the beginning.

So I gave some thought to how I could help her. After all, she did a 'reading' for me on this thread, which blew my mind. All for no charge.

I have thought often about Sandi these last few months and wondered how she was and how she could be reached. I think Sandi is truly a gift from God and we who have had an opportunity to either befriend her and/or received a reading from her, know this. Hi everyone. I don't remember where I was on this thread, and I will try to get back into it. I know that there are so many of you that didn't get "gotten to".

Let me just tell you that the last months have been a huge struggle for our family.

My 6 year old was diagnosed with diabetes in December of 2012, and she was very ill leading up to it.

It has been difficult, to say the least, to deal with this. I have had to work extremely hard to keep it together, to learn what I must to care for her, and to try not to let her know how deeply it has affected me.

Every day, I have to hurt my child... multiple times per day.

Those days in the hospital and leading up to it are burned into my mind forever.

There have been so many tears, and so much heartache, and this has been really difficult. The other day, she said to me, "I'd rather be dead than have diabetes". That tells you how profound and hard this has been for all of us. When a 6 year old says that, it's beyond heartbreaking.

I'm told that I'm over-reacting to it. That it's "just" diabetes. That she's "fine". But it hasn't felt fine, and it hasn't been easy.

I know that I let a lot of you down by abandoning the thread, but the truth is that this has been a real blow to us. It has been emotionally and financially devastating, even though we have insurance.

Right now, we are struggling to get her an insulin pump, and it has indeed been a real struggle, along with several other things that have happened. I just haven't had the time, or honestly the heart, to try to help other people while I've been an emotional mess.

Now, these months later, it has begun to settle down some and to get better.

I'm really, really sorry that I have been gone so long. It has been a painful ride, and so many things have happened... and I know it's small excuse, but this turned into the last thing I could make time for.

I'll try to figure this thread out and see where I was and get it moving again. I'm sure a lot have moved on, and I regret that. But I had to put my child first, and at least that part of it all, I don't regret.
