During this last flare my mother told me over lunch once that she was randomly "irritably angry", well she started to keep track on the GLP "solar flares" and every day she was like this was when a solar flare hit Earth.

So I could believe it, even the moon effects people so its not a "big" stretch that a solar flare could as well.

Pineal Gland

Toward the end of last week I was very agitated and felt full of mental energy. Starting on Monday of this week I have been drained and sick at my stomach. I have been using Iodine for the past few months and just recently upped my dosage a bit. I may be having detox symptoms.

Melatonin is good for sleeping. I need a fairly high dose to get any benefit from it. Though the interesting thing is that it gets your body in a cycle and many times I don't even take it because of that unless things get too out of synch. I have been feeling more tired lately, but melatonin might not be the explanation for that. :Bows to implausible sounding theory that might be right:

I recently became aware what an impact the solar flares are having on me, I have the strong drowsiness, both during the day and difficulty waking up even with sufficient sleep, hydration ect. The worst symptom I've noticed is my mind seems to become extremely sensitive, to the point where it feels I no longer have control of it. I'm an avid reader, and enjoy studying and learning, but when my mind becomes so sensitive I almost have to avoid anything that stimulates my mind; hypersensitive I guess would be a good would for how it feels. Does anyone else experience the hypersensitivity, and if so any recommendations that help to avoid it? I've read in one article that increased Omega3, B12 and hydration can help, and I think it has to a certain degree.
