The Deep Underground Military Base In Puerto Rico Is Taking A H.A.A.R.P. Earthquake Induced Pounding !!

Hmmm...you know, I have heard about this and watched the grid type earthquakes completely cover that area top to bottom, left to right, and from 1K - 30K depths. Almost like that game called Battleship when you have a hit then pepper shots all around the area looking for another hit.

Soldier Aaron McCollum. He was a Black Operations operative for many missions throughout the world. He was also stationed at at least two underground facilities that he remembers one being in California and an Underwater facility off the West Coast of Puerto Rico in the Caribbean. This facility is what he had been raised for. The base is referred to as PROSEA, short for Project Seagate.

HAARP cannot induce earthquakes.

Off of the western coast of Puerto Rico, there's a circle or hole in the sea floor (Google Maps) when I try to zoom in, an island gets superimposed over the hole, then messes up my browser. Anyone else see this too?
