LOL @ LOW INCOME GAMERS. So. The low income gamers wanted a B2P where everyone was equal and there were/would be no buffs for those with cash. WELL SIRS, YOU ARE ALL VERY WRONG. GW2 added in a whole mess of more buff options in regards to BW1 event (which they took out in event 2.) People were all like 'this is NOT a pay to win game!' It really isn't, it just buffs everything passive in the game, such as experience, karma & the pvp buffs. Hah. Looks like the low income gamers got the shit end of the stick...yet again.

LOL @ LOW INCOME GAMERS. The current rate is 2 euros (or $2) for each item. One item increases exp by 50% for an hour. One item increases magic item find rate by 50% for an hour. 100% more exp after each kill (resetting every 30 seconds.) One item increases karma by 50% for an hour The final item I see currently increases karma by 100% for each kill, timer resets every 30 seconds.
