Mom of Robber Sues Kroger for Wrongful Death because an employee shot her son in self defense

Her argument is that it's against Kroger policy to allow employees to bring firearms to work. It doesn't matter that her son tried to commit armed robbery and the employee shot the robber in SELF DEFENSE.
