You must have not know about Jesus's new covenant. If this new covenant didn't exist, adulterers would still be killed, similar to how Muslims, in Muslim countries where sharia law is fully implemented, will punish fornicators with lashes and or kill them with stoning.

I think the Brazilian poster has a point which I was trying to make.

These radical teachings were born from an agenda, political and financial...nothing to do with Islam, just hijacked the religion.

As for the Muslims in the US, Sharia Law has a wide room for interpretation. Mostly it is tribal/religious laws concerning marriage contracts and inheritance and has much less to do with the type of radical backwards interpretations of stoning people to death or chopping off hands and heads which you see in Saudi Arabia - Wahabism.

We have Sharia as the main source of our law, and a judicial system adopted from the French. We don't chop chop anything or stone, but we have a death sentence by hanging for severe crimes, such as rape or murder, but no Sharia applied there, just plain regular criminal laws as you have in any other country in front of a judge in court. And that will stay as it is, even should the new Parliamentary Elections bring about a new islamist dominated Parliament (which I doubt the next time around as we learned from the passed mistakes made). The Constitution Article 2 will stay as is, this was already agreed on. Further it was suggested by Al Azhar to make it more clear and include a clause that the christians and jewish people will have their own religious laws.

Here we come to my point. In the US, Europe, you have the same religious laws applied, for example, the jewish community has Shin Beth courts installed, and the UN and US have christian and noahide laws installed.

So if a Muslim living abroad simply asks for certain family/civilian sharia law applicable courts, there is no harm, as long as it is handled as the jewish courts. Please google that. Nobody screams bloody murder because they are afraid they will be living under jewish law now. Muslims simply ask for the same rights as other religious groups.
And again, christians enjoy their own religious law (also called Sharia here), and we don't get judged by Islamic Shariah EVER.

In regards to criminal law, Muslims if they committed a crime, should be judged under the law pertaining to the country they live under. Meaning, no laws such as stoning or going chop chop should or would be applied there in those religious courts. That is just plain fearmongering. And with your Constitution in the US, no other law could supersede your own. The recent court rulings in some states to emphasize "banning" the use of Shariah law is just ridiculous - monkey business if you look at it from a legal point of view. You are being taken for a ride on the Divide&Conquer and "stay afraid" train. Hence my previous comment for the "agenda" - who are these radical people and why are they there? A boogeyman is needed for all to always submit to your governments waging wars against radical muslim countries/regimes or terrorist groups. And in the case of a economic breakdown, a culprit is needed so the people can blame someone else rather their government and greedy politicians, so go after your Muslim, Mexican and Black neighbors, but leave the shadow government alone ok? :) If you follow the money, you will always end up with the same people behind this farce.

Al Qaeda, best example...and now certain Politicians are openly supporting them, just recently as OP mentioned, a US Soldier being convicted for killing a Qaeda operative who had killed US soldiers. That should sound the alarm for the last Americans who think the CIA/Mossad/MI6 = Qaeda is nothing but a Conspiracy Theory.

OP asked if this isn't hypocrisy? It is more than that. It is stupidity. NATO is backing al-Qaeda, when it should be obvious that the Jihad will blowback on them. Just because they give them money and arms, doesn't mean they control the agenda.

This is exactly what I was saying last year when NATO was openly backing Al Qaeda to take over Libya! It's going to backfire on them! These insane violent radicals (religion aside, every religion has them) have absolutely no sense of morals and will kill whoever they think stands in their path towards control. I would not be the least bit surprised if this was the TPTB plan all along. Get them to do our dirty work and then slaughter them.

Totally right - but I want to add, and this is my opinion, there's some forces at play here on all sides that maybe want JUST THAT HOLY WAR TO HAPPEN! We're ruled by some religious psychopaths hell bent on fulfilling some form of prophecy!
Gog&Magog (although I never looked into it and I admit I knot very little about it) keeps getting mentioned by some.

This may be also be to achieve their depopulation and NWO agenda! All religious or political affiliation in it's fanatical form is used to divide!
