i think a book with that intent has already been written. it's called "Harrison Bergeron" and to have an effect, it has to actually be read. But that's a problem with Gen-X on up: they don't read anything except crap like "whut we gon do 2nite?" and "u mad bro?". I'm sorry. that doesn't correctly portray the texting generation. I shouldn't have used any punctuation whatsoever in those faux txts.
