yeah i get it....white guys fault!!!So, in order to discipline a black child they will have to bring in a white one, too? We know it won't be the local politicians child or even small business owners child, it will be the poor white child that doesn't have parents with the means to challenge the school system and don't have the means to home school because they are busy working their waiter or bus boy job.
