Started happening to me about 5 days ago and lasted 3 nights. I couldn't get to sleep until I was absolutely exhausted around 3-4 AM.

Just as I'd start to slip into sleep, I'd feel some kind of jolting, shocking sensation in my chest or brain. Very annoying.
