how do you heal nearsightedness?

Also there's a publication called 'Eye Yoga'...unfortunately i cannot remember the author right now...

The author was born blind and by doing eye exercises gained vision. One of the most remarkable healing journeys i've heard of. Worth a try to do eye exercises?...increase blood flow etc..

Maybe it's not exactly fear though.

it could be fear that manifested as a habit that THEN was passed on from generation to generation such that it's no longer based on fear but the physical manifestation of what could have been fear thousands of years ago.

IE, just because I FREAKING read a lot doesn't mean I fear. Just means I've been unconscious of how to read in a healthy manner and take care of my eyes. Like, some things don't always have to be seen as some metaphor.

It's like saying people who are sick or have bad life circumstances are evil, or are suffering because they're evil.

Things that are physical can be purely physical.

Though what MIGHT help is to see correlations as to how physical things might cause specific emotions, not just, emotions causing physical manifestations. Or simply might be correlated, or reflect. So on an energetic level it can if you BELIEVE in it, heal the physical ailment.

Besides, nothing really "causes" anything. It's just there might be correlations.

Like, nearsightedness can really just be SHORTsightedness, not necessarily FEAARRRR...

lol. if that was the case, if fear caused it.. then fear causes everything.

You don't. It is a natural condition. It is not a disease to heal.
