Mods can you help with unbanning?

Was banned a week or two ago.

Have no idea why I am banned. I requested an unban at that time.

Used 25 karma to pass ban for a month.

Then upgraded account today and am still banned.

Just filled out another request and was told that I had already requested an unban and that it was denied and to try again later.

I have been a paying member for the past year or so until July when I canceled subscription for a month.

Can someone help?
