Come on Brief, try to be a little optimistic. We need to win this one. It's time to fight for the Constitution! People listen to you, please tell them to contact their reps and support this.

Why not contact your Reps and urge them to support it
rather than jumping to a negative conclusion?

If it fails, at least you will know you did something.
