Optimism is one thing.
Experience and awareness and being honest with yourself are another.
There ain't no way in hell that those drones are going to be grounded, NO MATTER WHAT BILL IS PASSED. This should be a no brainer. The ballet of legislation has always been smokescreen. Just because it's on paper, it's meant for YOU and I to follow, not the makers. They do whatever the fuck they want to, regardless of some scrawl.
This is GLP for chrissakes. Blind faith in government, faith that they will do what they promise? Here? You gotta be fucking kidding me.

And a bill setting TERM LIMITS for all of Congress. They need to be put in touch with job security; something we Americans know all to much about now days.
