Yes - agreed - but that's not what the study was about. Study was directly referencing whether there is a rise in obesity as related to man's preference for thicker body types in periods of stress. More stress, more subconscious acceptability of obesity, sexually speaking. Remember I put in the disclaimer it was sexually driven response only - not health, social pressure etc... Just what honestly a man would prefer if only sexual comfort or gratification was considered.

Sounds like me. The good part was, when i was pregnant i hardly showed and
could stay very active. Helped roof a haybarn when seven months along. My
babies had plenty of room to stretch out and be comfy. People could not believe i was nine months pregnant, let alone due, when my due dates came. My babies were nice healthy +seven pounds. Not too big, not too little. And
birthing them was one of the highlights of my life. Orgasmic, if i do so say
myself . . .

I was always jealous of my tall, slender older sister with the long legs. Until i
compared her pregnancies to mine !

This is a old study by the way and its odd it gets back in the news again. Its a survival instinct that kicks in our visual mode and stimulation. We have instinct to know when we are facing starvation or not.
