Just remember that Buckshot wants a choke MOD or more open...Cylinder is better for SD...Tighter than MOD, and it 'blows' the pattern...Basically spreads the pattern (balls) faster than it would with the more open choke... I've fired rifled slugs from full to cylinder, and other than all of them sucking for accuracy past 40-50 yards, there is no difference that I saw... It's not like you can blow the pattern of one projectile... "Hold my cat while I bring in my tomato plant. That chemtrail looks like an earthquake chemtrail" deanoZXT-07/20/2014 07:48 PM |

Ask me how I know. :) If you plan to shoot from the hip you will need a lot of practice to hit much with it except at very close range. You asked for an an expert in your OP, I would say I would qualify for that, I've been competing with shotguns, rifles, and handguns since 1985. Quoting: spankie the mag rounds are for home defense only, def wouldn't hold it any closer than 8-10" away from face. More likely would be a full arm extension I'll definitely consult u in the future if ant more issues arise, spankie Last Edited by mtn_mang on 08/16/2012 04:37 PM |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 1065356 United States 08/21/2012 01:37 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | you need this foregrip by butler creek [link to www.atrgear.com] hold it with your left hand straightened and "locked" by the front vertical part like a pistol grip so the left straightened hand transfers recoil to your whole body weight the right hand will thank you and you will be more effective with it |
