This also relieves the price of beef due to drought, throws alot of business to an industry (candy salvalgers) probably not rolling in the dough to begin with, etc. etc. |

EOM I grew up on a dairy farm in Pennsylvania, and I remember when I was just a little kid, probably around 1960, they used to every once in a while get a load of old "Clark Bars" and "Zagnuts" by the trucks full (they were still good to eat by humans too) from the Clark Bar factory in Pittsburgh. This chocolate issue has been happening for years, and I would think that feeding some Cows chocolate than feeding them GMO/non GMO Corn that cows don't normally eat would be the same, and is only fed to them to fatten them up. What they should be feeding them is HAY..but from the calf to the end cow that is slaughter as meat..they are not fed what they would normally eat unless they are free range cows that are fed hay and clover...corn is as bad chocolate as is blood instead of mothers milk when they are calves. Also, I am not the one who said it was OK to feed cows chocolate..I just asked if you were in Canada...I believe Cows should be fed what is normal, Hay, clover and free range them...corn and chocolate has been the norm, and is cheap and a fast buck for the farmer, so it has been going on for years, and I don't agree with the practice |

WATSONS THAT DON'T GIVE A SHIT ABOUT THEIR ANIMALS OR THE POOR FAT SLOBS THAT EAT THEIR POISONOUS PRODUCT. PLEASE, VISIT ANIMAL WELFARE APPROVED (THEY HAVE A WEBSITE) AND LOOK UP THE FARMERS IN YOUR STATE THAT ARE AWA CERTIFIED AND GO VISIT THEM AND SEE HOW ANIMALS SHOULD BE TREATED SO THAT YOU CAN BUY A PRODUCT THAT WON'T EITHER POISON YOU OR TURN YOU INTO A BIG FAT TUB OF SHIT. I AM SO FUCKING MAD AT THIS I COULD FUCKING SCREAM. EOM I grew up on a dairy farm in Pennsylvania, and I remember when I was just a little kid, probably around 1960, they used to every once in a while get a load of old "Clark Bars" and "Zagnuts" by the trucks full (they were still good to eat by humans too) from the Clark Bar factory in Pittsburgh. That was over 50 years ago folks. Like I said, these were dairy cattle, so maybe this poster's experience is different for some reason. But it's been done a looonnnggg time. We would feed our pigs expired bread delivered by the truck load. Now I'm wondering how many preservatives we put into the poor things before they even made it to the table. |
