Thank you. I guess I will have to try this. But in all honesty I would rather not take pills or supplements. Can you become dependant on Melatonin?

Drink a glass of milk before bed. Dont ask me how or why but it will cause u to dream. Always does for me

maybe try using binaural beats? there are a bunch on youtube. i was taking an ADD med for six months and completely stopped dreaming, like my brain was frozen. i've been off them for almost two weeks now and i'm happy to report i can again recall my dreams

I have too!!!! I was dreaming regularly until I had some bad things happen to my family & I lost my good vibes/feelings.

havent been dreaming much lately either & then the other nite had a dream i was in a moore at dusk & there were all these moons in the sky that looked to be spelling something in the sky, but woke up before i could make it out.

I realize that I am still dreaming but I don't remember them. Interesting take though. Maybe my dreams are in someone elses mind?

I once had a Lucid Dream that the Moon was litarally crumbling before all of us in the sky. It was terrifying and beautiful at the same time.

I had the same dream but it was nibiru, very lucid dream that was unlike any others and huge in the sky looking like the moon, but since taking the etherium gold and also doing dmt once helped me understand dreamscape more and navagate dreams way better now, but i beileve lucid dreams are warnings, its like a ripple effect the future is so powerful, shocking that you dream it in such a lucid manner. Last week i dreamt of a small earthquake that we felt but nothing happened and it was fine, and then two days later i had the dream happen in real life it was so deja vuy it freaked me out

Set your alarm but then go back to sleep after hitting snooze.

After a few cycles of snoozing you will be close enough to remember your dreams.



It's the only way I know basically, I never dream unless I can bring myself close enough to between the worlds for one to carry over to the other.

Now this is a good idea as I can relate to what your saying. When I was lucid dreaming it would be going from the in- between back into sleep. And they get even more vivid. Some epic some mundane but very detailed.

lucid dreaming is a funny thing. when you lay down at night visualize, meditate real hard, think about what you want to dream. and remember we always dream, we just dont always remember. your body has went through changes and are dreams are influenced by our lifestyles. it will take adjustment. but it will come back

I guess what I meant was have you ever had someone in your dreams that you really don't know? they are just there. Amidst of it all? You really can't put your finger on it but yet you recognize them in some way. If I believe in collective conscientiousness and I do, what is not to say we share the same dreams

I have those feelings all the time. It is almost like a rush..I can't really explain it. That is why I wonder if dreaming is linked to Deja Vu.
