Do you know of the exact technology, how nd why it was originally built, and if such efforts are meant for purposes beyond confusion and keeping the populace in a docile and disoriented trance state? (in addition to exposure to low-alpha bbrainstate retaining TV, wide-spread disemination and encouraged ingestion of poison such as fluoride, alcohol, cigarettes, the active campaign at spiritually retarding humanity through attacking the pineal, etc.)?
