OMG,OMG,OMG, bring the fuck on. Is this about the booms in El Dorado County? I didn't click the link but I think so. My theory is that the Juan de Fuca is under there. The Sierra NV is a weird crumple zone. The Pacific Plate and NA Plate are convergent so why is there this mountain range with volcanic areas? I'll tell you why, the Juan de Fuca plate is under there. Only the tail is still left sitting on top of the Pacifc Plate and NA plate. No some geologist will get on this and claim this theory as his/her own.

I just took my dog out for her last walk and she started barking in the garden. i thought she was going after the skunk/racoon/possum as usual, so i went out with the flashlight and pitchfork(we are in socal at the beach i usually just separate them) but there was no skunk/raccoon/possom she was barking at the ground.we have a new "crack" in the garden about 4 feet long and 1 feet deep, could be bigger but thats all i could see in the dark. we didnt have any quakes today and i dont have any gophers in the yard that i know of. funny thing is its right behind my TOMATOES...ha ha

I live close to pleasant valley and hear these booms around one or two in the afternoon very loud always more than one like five or six booms one aftere another.
