OP, you need to buy a car battery and an inverter to run your computer on in hard times. And, thank you for your research. Marked for later... Better off with a cheaper Lead Acid, that's designed to actually be discharged; car batteries are meant to stay at 12V, and go to shit if subjected to discharge.
