I don't know about grays. but in order to improve your genetics you must use logic. otherwise you will make errors, like sumerian "myths" say. anyway as neil de grasse asks:
'if the difference between us and monkyes in DNA is only 1-2%, and because of that we can go to the moon while they are as they are, what would a being with a DNA difference of 3-4% be able to do?'
if we start modifying our own genetics humanity as we know it will disappear. we, humans from now, will be only a link. not the missing one though:))).
