He killed his wife, is clearly mental and should never be allowed back on the streets. No NEED for a sex change for this man. He is hopeless...I suppose if he gets his sex change, goes out on the streets again and then kills maybe as a woman he will get more sympathy for killing someone..BUT I SAY NO! No surgery and no ticket out of jail.

We need more verdicts such as this. Bankrupt the system and put these people on the streets. Before you start cussing me and damning me just think about it. The only way to change the system is to abolish the system. Prison is supposed to be for rehabilitation. There is none in the USA. The system needs to be taken down and started from scratch. Best way to do that is from judgements like this. Need more judges to destroy the system. My opinion.

Prison isn't for rehab, skippy. Prison is big big business. There are literally billions of dollars being made on the "right" side of crime.

Good! Maybe it'll help people understand that putting away people who haven't committed a crime is stupid and harsher punishments for those who do is a good idea.
