I have read some very interesting, thought provoking threads here but none of them carried the quality that this one did.

We have been given some amazing ideas that to me are new to ponder upon.

In my own existence I have kept out of the system for as long as I could.
My kids were never vaccinated and have never received allopathic medicine.
There were unschooled until they were 15 years of age.
My eldest who is 19 elected to never go to school.
He is interested in building and planting, brilliant mind that has never been conditioned.

We live in South Africa.

Are you saying to consume the majority of the diet in sprouted foods and the rest would be vegan or vegetarian? I ask because so far, I am unable to stick with a vegan or vegetarian diet. I end up eating too many grains and also anemic. Any recommendation for me that you can make is appreciated.

She has a lizard-like face, stout neck, and a human body. This closeup of her face shows a tear on her cheek as she pleads on behalf of her chubby cheeked human baby.
