interesting. i'm all for it if it provides free energy. I mean.. the implications of free energy means a star trek like economy. we can just build a 'race' of robots running on this energy that can provide all of the basic needs to us (food, water, shelter, A/C, heat, clothing). Then we won't work for these things so we won't work for money. What we will work for is we will work to better ourselves as a species. When we create things with artistic/cultrual value the artists will give them away freely since we no longer need money to survive. This is how the world should be. In a system like this, we can all be lazy and ride on the coattails of others (the robot non-intelligent souless 'slave race') If TPTB do not agree to this... then they are basically fucked up power hungry criminals who care more about controlling us than living a peaceful life of harmony.
