Kaotic website down...Censorship or maintenance?

Dont know if it's anything do do with recent events but kaotic.com is usually a site that posts some of the most graphic uncensored videos from around the world. You can frequently find vids from stuff that goes on in the middle east and for some reason it's down. Seems odd it going down at this particular time given the amount of shit that is hitting the fan.

So have any of you noticed any other sites going down or being censored??? Then again it could be maintenance. Hopefully you guys can provide some feedback on this.
