Karma, What is it and what do you do with it yourself. Karma exists because all things are one, everything you do to others you do to your self. There are three types of karma attributes called the gunas by the Hindus. the first is called sat, sant, or sattwa these are selfless kindness without want of reward or recognition, the second is raja or rajasic and that is a tit for a tat or balanced, the third is tamas or tamasic karma and this is the state of selfishness where every action is only done for personal gain (it's the bottom line you know). Those who understand karma practice the sant attribute and live by the dharma which is karma by action, to help others in need and we are kind to our animal kinfolk of all species.
