That's a very lucky girl to have had such a high SCI and still be able to walk. The term decapitation in this case is a misnomer. Obviously if her cord had been even severely bruised at a cervical level she'd not be able to walk now, let alone if her cord had been transected. A bit of hype but a feel good outcome.

It was the dick lodged in her throat that kept the neck straight, allowing her to avoid spinal bruising normally caused by the bending of the neck.

Doctors are still unsure if the accident will enhance or hinder her deep-throating ability, though they are looking forward to running a train of tests on her ASAP.

Apparently this lady's skull was detached from her spine but there was little or no damage done to her spinal cord.

I saw her interviewed on TV and she said someone at the scene told no one to move her when some people were saying she should be moved. Good thing he was there to insist she not be moved.
