These "gene editing" tools (e.g. "CRISPR") are being used to change multiple genes in plants, animals, and microorganisms for industrial production of medicines or chemicals, agricultural productivity, or environmental goals such as pollution remediation.

Based on gene editing, biologists have discovered ways to engineer wild populations in the environment using "gene drives." With gene drives, it is theoretically possible to release just a few individuals of a species and an engineered gene can then spread throughout the wild population.

Gene drives could be used to protect endangered species against disease or to reduce populations of unwanted species, such as invasive pests.

The idea of a Ta'veren is a blurry extrapolation of the fundamental essence of a Divine King.

A Divine King is one who has a vision of a dynamic narrative in which all the members of his tribe and then nation come together as a social machine which produces ever growing levels of well being for the individuals that compose The Kingdom.

The Becoming King's ability to imagine such an organized social machinery results in his mind containing an orderly
Mental Coalescence of Social Significance that acts like a magnet and influences the minds of those around him so that they align with The King's Mind and His Vision.

When the energy of The King's Heart flows through his Divinely Organized Royal Mind, this energy acts like a magnetic field and organizes the minds of those around him to various degrees depending on their own propensity to maintain The King's Vision. Individuals whose Mind falls under the influence of the King's, draw near to him so as to facilitate and expedite The King's Will.

The consequence of Divinely Inspired Strong Emotion, experienced by The King as a Love for His People, flowing through The King's Coalesced Mind, produces a Royal Charisma such as possessed first by The First Hebrew Royal Messiah, King Saul, then King David and finally King Solomon, whose Royal Heart and Royal Mind were the most orderly and comprehensive of the three.

King Saul's Royal Charisma began to wain and diminished in direct proportion to his growing envy and jealousy of David.
The Purity of His Royal Heart was alloyed with self interestand his desire to hold on to Royal Power and Privilege. At the same time, David's Royal Charisma increased as his mind matured and grasped The Royal Vision of a King and he surrendered ever more wholeheartedly to his fleeting visions of The God of Israel's Plan for the Children of Jacob. Finally David too succumbed to the temptations of his heart and allowed his love of Israel to be alloyed by the love of a woman, Bat-Sheba. His Royal Charisma also waned and decreased, until his charismatic son Avshalom revolted against him. Avshalom's Mind and Heart caused the majority of Israel to follow him in betrayal and revolt against his father, King David. Yet David was the stronger hearted of the two and his army of followers finally prevailed against the far greater army of Avshalom.
Finally David's power became a matter of political necessity for the People of Israel and he was forced to hold the nation together with the power of his General Yoav's Sword.
David's illegitimate son, Solomon, was so full of Divine Royal Charisma that the nation coalesced around him and together he and The Nation of Israel built the Holy Temple and The Royal Palace. The Nation did not rebel despite heavy taxation and forced enlistment in King Solomon's Army and Royal Construction Units. His Kingdom was so coalesced around him and The Structure of His Royal Vision that even when his heart was alloyed through the love of foreign women and their gods and he turned away from The God of Israel, the people did not revolt until after he coronation of his son.

It is actually someone who browses alternate realities to the one which suit their path. Our brains are quantum computers, and some of us have the power to place our selves in the needed place at the right time.

One who is able to browse alternate realities is still bound to this existence but can couple with alternate realities to place themselves next to either important roles or loved ones that share a common theme.

Coincidences are simply the subconscious manifestation of this process.

In infinity, everything exists, and the more we can see, the more we follow the weaves of reality that bring forth what we know will manifest.

I am curious how many of us have had dreams of destroying the world with a volcano and experiencing so much remorse as to supersede this existence for a time.

RE: Avatars. Effortlessly, indeed, and the more aware of the ability to do it, the more control over it so that it becomes conscious change and not so much passive anymore. And if you knew they were, then they did too. I think most avatars have good reason to keep mum. There are others who look for their arrivals and their movements. Maybe curiosity, maybe to control that path of change.
The more intention, the greater the effect because it's focus, then let it go so the "ocean of awareness" as you call it follows through. That carries a HUGE amount of ethical and moral weight if one is conscious of the ability to do so. For if you can exact such change, you want to do it for good and justice. An inborn sense of justice and right/wrong is there, more than likely a motivation woven within the heart strings.
