Force, Kundalini, Energy, all the same.

But basically, true Kundalini work is to raise the energy from ones base chakra to the higher crown chakra to get a spiritual experience / connection.

Personally, I do not feel it is necessary, for me the most important work of all is Astral Projection, Lucid Dreaming and Meditation work (which included energy work, chakras, etc).

It is more important to know your true self and being, than how different forms of energy may affect you.
