Trouble with clocks being off

Has anyone else had this issue: this morning I experienced a phenomenon where my clocks in my house were a hour ahead of schedule. For instance, instead of 8:30 AM they where reading 9:30 AM. This is including a computer's clock which is time sync'ed with a Internet NTP server. I was listening to the radio at the time this happened -- and at first I thought that they had messed up on their playlist schedule. Which this has happened in times past with this particular station. But in reality, the station playlist was actually playing at its correct time. This phenomenon lasted about 45 minutes and then suddenly all my clocks were back to normal.

Let me say that I do not do drugs or drink and I am in good health.
